Before buying a product, customers like to check out the opinions of workmates and colleagues. These sorts of opinions are recorded for you through targeted questions during our interviews. Respondents with practical experience of your products report openly through these interviews over the products’ strengths and weaknesses. You then have the information to pinpoint and tackle the weaknesses – and you are left then with the valuable strengths.

These interview references should be “promoted” so that other hear about them. We specialise in publicising such reference promotions or testimonials. They can then be communicated via mailings, advertisements and through customer magazines:
